Our Full Event Planning service starts off with an initial phone consultation and runs all the way to your event date with full on-site day-of coverage to ensure your special day is executed flawlessly.  

During the consultation, Our planners will assist with budget management, venue selection, full event décor and design, entertainment and details. Key decisions will be made through collaborative discussions with the client.

Upon budget finalization, theme is established and a timeline is created. We will then connect with our exclusive vendors to find the best ones that fit your event needs.  We will negotiate contracts on your behalf and assist with execution, so that the process is smooth and seamless.
